The face seal features variable thickness that provides optimal sealing in each facial area, and the cartridge connectors are threaded to provide accidental disconnection. The 550030M mask is suitable for long work sessions, and can easily transition to a Powered Air Purifying Respirator or Continuous Flow Supplied Air Respirator. The elastomeric construction is tough and long-lasting, and provides strong support around the chin area and good flexibility on the nose bridge.
