3M Powerflow - Description

The 3M Powerflow 6800PF is a full face respirator mask that provides a constant flow of cool air. It is powered by a NiCd battery pack, which can operate for up to 8 hours without the need to recharge. The blower unit can be mounted on the waist, face, or head, depending on the system selected. The system pulls air through the filter, which results in a decreased breathing resistance. It provides a higher level of respiratory protection when compared to non-powered respirators, and is highly recommended for protection against lead, asbestos, mold and other hazardous particulates. The complete system includes the medium full face piece, 6800DIN, motor blower unit, battery pack, and flow indicator.
